Through our services, scholarships and programs, we help artists with underrepresented backgrounds create vibrant careers and push for equal representation in film, television, theatre and more.
We have scholarships, both large and small, open to all artists that qualify. Because this is our first year, our offerings will be small, but as we grow, so will our programs.

The purpose of this organization is to: help eliminate prejudice and discrimination, and promote equal job rights for women as it pertains to the entertainment industry.
